About Us
Here for you because somebody was there for us.Welcome to Transitions Rehab
Transitions was founded by three friends whose lives have been profoundly changed by recovery. As recovering alcoholics and former narcotics addicts, we know firsthand the pain, isolation, and hopelessness that come with addiction. But we also know the freedom, gratitude, and transformation that recovery can bring. Our journey to sobriety has been nothing short of a blessing, and it is this deep sense of gratitude that fuels our mission: to pay it forward by helping others find their path to recovery.
In our own journeys, we experienced the critical moments where help was either available—or sadly, sometimes wasn’t. We’ve seen the gaps in the system: treatment facilities focused on profits over people, misinformation about services, and individuals falling through the cracks during their most vulnerable moments. We started this business to change that.
We envisioned a trusted, centralized hub that connects people to the right resources at the right time. By thoroughly vetting every treatment facility we work with, we ensure access to accurate, up-to-date information about programs, availability, and insurance. Our goal is to simplify what can feel like an overwhelming process and provide hope to those who need it most.
We are here to guide you through every step of your recovery journey. Whether you need help finding a detox facility, inpatient treatment, outpatient care, or aftercare services, we’ve built a network of trusted providers who meet our high standards. We don’t just offer information—we provide compassionate, personalized support during those critical moments when the willingness to seek help is fleeting.
Recovery is possible. It’s a life-changing journey, and we are honored to walk alongside you as you take the first steps. Our mission is simple: to ensure that everyone, no matter their circumstances, has access to the help they need when they need it most. Because we’ve been there—and we want to help you get to where we are now: free, hopeful, and thriving.
Never give up.
“It's sometimes that by going down into the abyss we uncover the treasures of life. Where you stumble, there often lies your treasure.”
